BackWalls, Trim , and Paint Finishes
Archival date: Jul-2026Approximately every six years we HOA will paint the exterior wood trim on our units. We have obtained our quotes and plan to proceed with Inside Out Construction (IOC). As we looked at painting the exterior trim, it became evident that much of the wood trim has rotted and can’t be painted. With these findings we performed a study of all the homes and where repairs are required with a plan to have the wood replaced prior to commencement of the painting. Starting next Spring 2025, we intend to have IOC perform needed wood trim repairs (billed back to homeowners) and then commence with painting as an HOA Capital Expense. More details have been mailed to your home.
