PPI is a townhome community located in Itasca, IL.

PPI was built in the mid to late 1990s by Tantillo Homes. Our community features town homes with floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 2,200 square feet of living space. We are located in Itasca, IL, on Devon Avenue, East of Route 53.
